“We liked the waterfall at the poolside. We liked the spa until some kid shut off the jets on us and we really didn't go back down since then. We enjoyed the breakfast and the new oak tree pizza shop that just opened. We liked everything else about it.”

We questioned if the room had been cleaned because the bed looked like someone had taken a nap on it with the spread in disarray. The curtains were held up by a few hooks and wouldn't close so we used a hair clip which worked. The toilet seat was so loose it slid side to side. It was an easy fix but an annoyance. “Booked this for our daughter and grandkids. Room smelled like stale smoke and musty. They were on the first floor away from the pool so it wasn’t because of the pool. The staff was very nice checking them in though.”

“The room was clean. However, 2 of the containers were off the wall, laying on the counter. All three, soap, shampoo and conditioner were completely empty, and looked like it hadn't been filled in a while. The ice maker was broken and looked like it had been broken for a while. The hotels' web site advertises a continental breakfast. Nope. In fact, when we stayed there in 2023, they said that they hadn't served the breakfast since covid.
