"The staff, particularly Michael, was so accommodating, we thought he owned the property (which he told us he did not). The room was comfortable and clean, the property was spotless and the breakfast exceeded all of our expectations. This was a last minute find and the experience was amazing. "

"Our room was large, lovely, and had a great view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was excellent! All of the staff with whom we interacted were very friendly and helpful. "
"Check in is at 1530. I arrived at 1515 and was made to wait despite the room being available and the chubby gentleman at the front desk just talking with the young lady he was mentoring in the few minutes until 1530.
In fact, everything about this hotel was excellent except the interactions with the chubby gentleman from reception. That fellow is a liability to the property.
The other staff are friendly, engaging and helpful."
