A single no frills room, compact with large shower room. No fridge, safety box or closet. Wonderful breakfast. Very convenient, close to the beach, the park, and public transport.

Very friendly and helpful team. A very good breakfast. Location is based very well to the beach and city center. Our room was ok. Like mentioned from others: the space for the toilet is very small next to the shower, the bed mattress are small and maybe not the best solution. A carpet in a hotel room is for us something what we not prefer. Especially when the window was closed it smelled damp in the room. For us a good hotel for a short stay.

Booked this hotel based on the previous reviews, however we were very disappointed. The room was very grim and had a horrible smell. To be quite honest it was the worst room we have stayed in for years. The hotels only saving grace was the lovely breakfast Ostend is very nice but it is very expensive to park (€25 overnight) Probably we were unfortunate with which room we were allocated but it was nothing like the photos shown on their website.

De vorige recensie was als volgt: Titel: Goed hotel met geweldige service, maar hygiëne kan beter Tijdens mijn verblijf in dit hotel heb ik een gemengde ervaring gehad. De locatie is uitstekend, Daarnaast was het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was echt een hoogtepunt: uitgebreid, vers en er was voor ieder wat wils. Ik begon elke dag met een glimlach dankzij de heerlijke ontbijtopties. Echter, de hygiëne van de badkamer liet helaas te wensen over. Hoewel het schoonmaakpersoneel het belangrijkste schoonmaakte, leek er weinig aandacht besteed te worden aan de details. Het plafond werd bijvoorbeeld over het hoofd gezien, en de afzuiging zat vol met stof en vuil. Dit was een flinke tegenvaller en zorgde ervoor dat ik me minder comfortabel voelde in de badkamer. Kortom, dit hotel biedt veel positieve aspecten zoals de vriendelijke service, goede locatie, en fantastisch ontbijt, maar de hygiëne van de badkamer moet zeker verbeterd worden.
