“There is no a person available at the place to ask for help. The lady who replied the emails (Klaudia) was absolutely kind and helpful, but, it would be better to have a person physically at the front desk.”

“The advantages for this hotel are cheap price and Good location near the train station./ The disadvantages are noise due to trains, high room temperatuer with a fan not working (malfunction). During stay, I was not comfortable because of the above mentioned advantages.”

“Not being able to check in early was very inconvenient. Also, instructions for how and where to use the code to get the room key were lacking. However it was a good price for the time we were there and we didn’t sirens a lot of time in the room anyway. Only came and cleaned and gave new towels once in 9 days. ”

“Even though, the room was warm to enough bed and pillows was bad to sleep. Also, there isn't any description of wash machine. When I enter the room, to check the inventories was hard to find. That should be updated.”
