โReally nice, quiet, clean property. I wish it had a small exercise room. Thats my only suggestion for improvement. The staff were really nice and hospitable.โ
โCouldnโt ask for better. Only complaint was the cobwebs on the deck chairs, railings, dusk lights, etc. arenโt very attractive. Otherwise will stay again.โ
โA laid back atmosphere, that was clean, comfortable and very inviting. Austin is friendly and conscientious. He goes above and beyond for his guests. Itโs a small place and easy for people to talk to one another. A nice vibe. We would definitely come back again if weโre in the area.โ
โWe thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Village Motel. Easy check in, safe & quiet area and the room was super clean. The grounds look very nice and you can tell the owners take pride in their property. We will definitely return in the future. Do not hesitate to book a room at the Village Motel.โ
โThe Property is in an ideal location for exploring Cooperstown on foot and was Clean with very friendly staff. About 3 minutes to Hall of Fame and no more than 6-8 minutes to all the shops, bars and restaurants on Main St or you can eat at the restaurant on property which was very good. โ
โStaff was friendly, dietary options, bed was comfortable, water containers in room with comfotable lounger. Loved the power strip to accomodate my electronics. What can be improved is the parking for larger vehicles but a space was found for my husbands truck. Though the bathroom was tight, the room was spacious. Cooperstown is quiet but you feel relaxed and refreshed after your stay.โ
โThe property was very clean. Staff was very nice. The view from our window of the pond, field and mountain was an added treat! Very convenient to the Baseball Hall of Fame which was our reason to visit this area. Would highly recommend.โ
โThe cottage we stayed in was adorable with our own little porch. John was so welcoming. The food for breakfast looked amazing even though we didnโt have the chance to eat. They offer thoughtful touches like a sโmores set up for you if you want to sit by the fire pit and fresh cookies to take during the day. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you are in Cooperstown. โ
โI stayed by my teammates. Very close to baseball fields.
My only complaints are its dark, lights limited the tiny lamps most didn't work, the tables they were on were lower than the bed.
Shower head flow was hard to remove soap provided. โ
