Room was nice, comfy and clean. Breakfast was decent. But service at the front desk was terrible, limit rude, unhappy unbothered employees (mostly the 2 ladies that we got, the man was ok) hardly greeting customers and felt annoyed when we checked in. Unfortunatly, hotel was comfy but because of the attitude of the employees, will not be back.

The staff were very nice, the hotel is ok nothing special and yes there are problems with the general upkeep. The tiles in the bathroom are missing caulking in some areas. We had a dresser drawer that would not stay closed and in the middle of the night actually hurt my thigh as I walked by it. The room was filled with Asian ladybugs we killed 13 of them and when we woke up in the morning there were another 5. It is that time of year for the bugs and being from the country it wasn't an issue for me, but I could see someone else having an issue with it. I was only there overnight to get some shut eye while I continued on my journey. Wont be staying there again.

I enjoy staying here very friendly staff.i am able to relax. It is also very near a good restaurant and a coffee shop. Both of which are an easy walk.Always stay here when I am in Ottawa.A great shuttle service to the airport as well.
