On arrival we were greeted by a nice gentleman who was very helpful. On first impressions the hotel looks a bit tired and in need of a refurb, but it met our needs for an overnight stay. Near to the airport which was good, the hotel provides an airport shuttle, driver was most pleasant. Breakfast was adequate and met our needs.

After booking, I received an email telling me the pool and weight room were closed. Our king room was large and clean. Many plug ins which was great! Usually there aren’t enough for both of us to use so this was a nice surprise. I will definitely book there again!!

Room was clean, staff were friendly. Tim Horton’s next door and seems like 10 - 20 minutes to get anywhere. Breakfast was typical IF you were lucky enough to have any. Some people that appeared to be living in the hotel would take almost everything .. back to their room. Young children running around at all hours, riding the elevators, knocking on guest doors, destroying property, very disturbing.

The hotel room looks okay to me. It appears clean but somewhat dark because of the old hotel building. The parking lot is spacious enough for overnight parking. Timmy is just a few steps from the hotel. The staff are generally nice and helpful.

The hotel is in good condition but being close to the airport it has many refugees with young noisy children If you want breakfast I suggest that you arrive early because trays full of food are removed from the buffet and taken to the rooms
