Free breakfast was amazing. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms etc were clean. Our only issues were there seemed to be a problem keeping pool towels in pool area, several times we went and none available and hotel is quite pricey.

Staff was so inviting and nice, the pool was warm and the spa tub was even better. The beds are very comfortable as well. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

Great place to stay comfy and nice staff
Great hotel. Comfy beds, soft linens, great amount of room and clean. Good breakfast, nice staff, This will be my go to hotel for staying in this area. The lodges in the area are great but more pricey, this is a decent price in comparison with the resort lodges but a bit much for a traditional hotel. It’s a lot nicer than the other hotels around it though so for the few extra dollars it was definitely worth it.

We got to the hotel at 3 o’clock in the morning and were checked into a room where the bed wasn’t made, it appeared to have been slept in, and there was trash in the trashcan. They did switch our room, but offered no apology.

I had a reservation from Mon thru Wed. I called them Saturday and asked if I can come in an extra day early on Sunday and pay for tIhe extra day. I had booked hotel due to hot tub, pool and fitness. Hot tub was not working, pool had not been kept up, cloudy and fitness room had such a terrible odor smell could not stay in it.

The room was so nice, extremely spacious! However, the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were chips behind the sleeper sofa and hair in the tub and sink. The water also did not get hot or even warm for bathing.
