"This hotel is definitely not 4 star worthy and more of a 3 star. Generally, the staff are ok, but not the best! This is my second stay in this hotel and I have to say this stay was worse than the first. My first time was with the children back in 2022 and we didnt really spend a lot of time at the hotel. But, this time I travelled with my brother and disabled mother and we spent a lot of time at the hotel and give a better review of our experience. The rooms are standard and the decor outdated. Bathrooms need a big upgrade and are dirty. Hotel food is awful, so I will not recommend eating here or getting an all inclusive. First night we decided to have dinner as we checked in late. We paid about £25 each, the food was Morrocan and awaful, small buffet. We hardly didnt eat any of the starters or mains and just had a little dessert. The waiter was aware of this and decided to charge only for two of us and not my mother, because she didnt hardly touch anything. Breakfast is bad and is the same everyday. But everyone sticks with it due to it being included in the hotel room. Lastly, I will like to point out the disabled facilities are awful. We asked for a wheelchair for my mum and they gave us a broken one, telling us thats the only one they have left. Even when we travelled in April and it was low season. To conclude my experience in Morroco is that if your a minority you will get a bad service. In particular if your French or Caucasian you will get a better service!"

"My stay at Hotel Prestige in Agadir was absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and relaxing, with stunning fountains and a massive pool area that really gives luxury vibes. The poolside bar was one of my favourite spots, serving delicious cocktails in such a great atmosphere. When it comes to the staff and service, everything was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and every staff member I passed made me feel welcome. The hospitality here is truly on another level. I felt so comfortable during my stay that I genuinely didn’t want to leave. My suite was beautiful, spacious and very affordable for the quality and comfort provided. You can really see the strong leadership of Mohamed, the Deputy General Manager, because the excellent customer service reflects throughout the entire team. Whenever I’m back in Agadir, I won’t even have to think twice about where I’m staying. Highly recommended! Riad Laaraichi "

"Nous avions réservé une chambre triple avec vue sur la mer et à notre arrivée, on nous a donné une chambre double avec vue partielle. Lorsque nous avons dit que nous avions une chambre triple avec vue sur la mer, ils nous ont indiqué qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre de disponible. Nous avions pourtant réservé plusieurs mois d’avance. Les employés manquaient grandement de respect et nous répondaient en riant. Le Check-in a été très long et la chambre n’était pas prête à 14h. La musique est extrêmement forte ce qui rend les nuits difficiles. Aussi, les glissades d’eau ne sont ouvertes que de 15h à 17h. Pour finir, la propreté laisse à désirer et la douche coulait tellement sur le sol qu’il fallait mettre plusieurs serviettes."

"Well I couldn't not leave a review for this lovely little place. The accommodation is basic yet spacious and has everything you need for a self catering break. Excellent location, lovely staff, lovely gardens and greenery and amazing price. I will definitely be back."

"Not a 5 star hotel for sure , I would give it a 2.5 star hotel . Rooms were just ok nothing spectacular. Although I had their premium suite , thier room cleaning was not the best either . Management needs a lot of training"
