Er is niet voor lakens en handdoeken gezorgd, geen welkomst pakket, geen card voor skilockers en spa. 5 keer met Mont Blanc booking gebeld en ze beloven het, maar er kwam niks!
De receptie zegt dat dit app. in privรฉ beheer is en zij geen

โI didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. โ

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a charming homely atmosphere which can really add to the experience.
If I was staying in the same area, I will happily stay at this hotel again. โ
โTrรจs bon sรฉjour au sein du club MMV les Sittelles oรน nous avons passรฉ 6 jours en famille. Le club enfants/ados, la restauration, le cadre, lโambiance, et les diverses randonnรฉes, tout a รฉtรฉ parfait. Je recommande vivement.

Mycket krรฅngligt att fรฅ tillgรฅng till rummet. Smutsigt i korridoren. Mycket lyhรถrt. Mรฅste boka tid fรถr att de ska komma och kolla att man stรคdat, vi kommer inte tillbaka. โ

โNous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la veritรฉ qd on vs a appelรฉ , pas de tรฉlรฉvision non plus malgrรฉ nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...

Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available.
Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom.
The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct.โ
โNous sommes arrivรฉs en train ร Landry, avons pris une navette pour monter ร lโoffice du tourisme de Peisey Vallandry, puis avons marchรฉ moins de 10 min pour rejoindre lโhรดtel.
Le personnel est trรจs accueillant et serviable.
La chambre est propre, รฉquipรฉe d'une tv, wc sรฉparรฉ de la petite salle de bains. Literie ok.
L'hรดtel est aux pieds des pistes, avec un accรจs direct au tรฉlรฉcabine Vallandry.
L'hรดtel possรจde une magnifique terrasse, un bar ร l'ambiance montagne, une toute petite piscine...
โLe mรฉnage n รฉtait pas fait ร notre arrivรฉe, l appartement sentait extrรชmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux ร cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse.
Il nous a รฉtรฉ impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hรดtelier nous a assurรฉ que le mรฉnage avait รฉtรฉ fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. โ
