“Staff were very helpful and accommodating. My initial room , I felt, had very poor ventilation. The ‘window’, with frosted glass, did not open and appeared to be connected to an inside corridor within the building. The bathroom extractor fan was either whisper quiet or did not function. As such, the room was very stuffy and stale smelling. I was very tired upon arrival and elected to seek help the following morning. Before retiring I saw that Expedia were asking for an opinion of my check in...

“Fantastic B&B. The staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was delicious with high quality home cooked dishes offered. The room was clean and spacious. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone!”

Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the street below and park across. The room was very large with a separate loveseat to sit on and relax. “I booked a double bed room in June 2025, changed to double twin bed room in September 2025 with confirmation, and received a small double bed room. Ownership changed in February 2026, new owner told me not to received change of booking, stayed 9 days, received for 3 days extra room.”
