"We booked a room for our family of 4. Our room was a king bed & fold out couch bed. When we noticed there weren’t any pillows or a blanket for the fold out couch for our kids, we asked the front desk. They had no blankets & only offered extra sheets. They said they were out of blankets. I’m not even sure how this happens as there should have been a blanket for this bed in our room. They were only able to find one pillow. "Its always unnerving booking a hotel and not knowing what your gonna walk into. I was not disappointed at all about my decision to book here. Everything was great. A very nice hotel with comfy beds, good breakfast, friendly staff, and very clean. My only complaint was a noisy guest at 3:30 am right outside our windows. Not the fault of the Lotus hotel or staff. I highly recommend and look forward to staying again!!"
