"I had a terrible experience with this place. I told them I'd be arriving in the middle of the night more than 24 hours in advance, and despite sending numerous messages, I never received the access codes. I was left stranded late at night, unable to resolve the issue.
The next day, I filed a complaint and requested a refund. Three weeks later, I'm still waiting for a response, and all they say is they're reviewing it.
