This was perfect for our 1 night stay. Lovely staff, clean, spacious rooms, quiet and provided a great continental breakfast. Water, coffee and tea available anytime. Very happy with our stay.

It's a very well run hotel. Everything was great about it as long as you don't expect things quality Inn doesn't offer. Southampton Ontario is a great place to visit by itself and as a jumping point for many other places to visit in the Peninsula

The beds were advertised as two queen beds but I think they were double beds. The room was clean but the furnishings are old and worn. Breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast.
