The room was great! Whitney was awesome, she had a great personality and was very friendly and welcoming to all the people I saw her come in contact with. The reason I took away one star is because the the interactions I had with the morning front desk staff made me not extend my reservation and switch hotels. But the hotel and Whitney I give 5 stars and a 10/10 . Keep hiring more people like Whitney!!!!

A Mix

This hotel was a mixed bag. Staff was friendly and evening staff was especially engaged. There apparently were computer problems and our room was assigned to someone else before we even checked out. The room was spacious and the kitchen, dishes, etc. nice. The room was reasonably clean but definitely not spotless. The breakfast sounded good but though I arrived 10 minutes before they closed there was not much other than oranges and bread left to eat.

Bugs in rooms!

A pool was listed as an amenity, however we discovered the pool was closed indefinitely once we arrived on property. My room was pleasant up until I discovered a cockroach in the kitchen area. The staff was very friendly and I have no complaints other than those listed above. I was able to cancel the remainder of my stay.

We had to get an accessible room due to low availability. The room was huge, but there was only 1 full(not queen) sized bed. There was a twin size sheet on the bed. Only 2 of the pillows had pillowcases on them. They were short on linens due to the hotel being booked. Also the chair was missing in the shower & the entire bathroom flooded while taking showers. The floor was not sloped well enough for proper drainage. The room was clean & it was pretty quiet. Breakfast was really good & the desk staff was friendly. There were a lot of events going on in the area & very few rooms to go around. They definitely took advantage. They were price gouging & we ended up paying DOUBLE what it would’ve cost the very next week.

I have stayed at many Home2Suites due to traveling with my dog and this one was the worst. There was no toilet paper so I had to go to desk for that. It was handicap accessible and the shower ran all over the bathroom floor. The peeling paint on doors was evidence that this had happened for a while. The room had several light bulbs out and the girl at desk said it couldn’t be replaced until maintenance came in next day. There was also stains on bed spread and an all over unclean look to space. Will not be booking at this one again.

The front desk staff was very attentive. The housekeeping staff was asked to replace the towels we put outside our room with clean towels and they only took the dirty towels. The housekeeper I spoke to was not very responsive to me, just half nodded and walked away. When we arrived back at 9:00 pm we had to go back to the front desk for clean towels. We also had to ask for a blanket for the fold out sofa as only sheets were provided.
