Didn’t have breakfast there. But did have evening meal, well cooked and tasty What let it down was the bathroom was not very clean. Yes clean towels but the sink cabinet was dirty. Long dark brown hair strand on the floor and hair grip. Toilet was clean though as was bedroom area with plenty of sockets for laptop and chargers

Good stopover

Room was good and nice and clean. I was a bit worried about traffic noise as this hotel is actually at the services but it was fine. The breakfast was also very good with lots of choice

Tv remote was missinf from the room, for a cheap over ight stay it was okay, corridors arent very clean and there was a smell, room were too hot and windows could not be opened. Staff were really friendly and the chef at breakfast was accommodationing and offered off the menu items 😋

The staff is so so nice. The place is falling apart. It's filthy. it smells so bad. it's so so far from Oxford. the lighting will make you want to end your life. The location is so depressing. it's like a homeless shelter.

The hotel is nice, located close to Motorway, easy transportation. Only problem unfortunately was horrible smell from sewage coming into the wing I paid for, I didn’t get the room I paid for instead moved to twin bed. The staff were nice, it was sorted before morning. Otherwise, it’s a good hotel… Recommended

As we walked into the bedroom you were welcomed by a foul sewage smell. This smell never went away and seemed to be coming from the bathroom and the drainage. The only reason it was bearable was by keeping the bathroom door shut and bedroom window open. The overall place is very tired and would benefit from a bit of tlc. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful when enquiring about the charge points nearby. I needed to charge my car, although lots of Tesla charge points, there was only 2 other charging stations which were very busy. Though I did see they were putting new charge points in but weren’t currently in use on our trip,
