"The mattresses in both 2 bedroom condos we rented were terrible. Very hard to rest when mattress is not good. Ice makers in both rooms had issues. Maintenance helped with one but needed parts and couldn't repair other one. Did leave 2 bags of ice. Replaced roof during our stay. Roofing nails in parking lot along with debris blowing around the cars. Their lift blocked drive numerous times. We had asked to stay where there was no construction and we told only pool area under construction. Wall paper loose and unsightly. We stayed here in March 2023 and was shocked at low to no maintenance of buildings. Pool not available then either. With 4 small children pool access is very important. When told no pool, said compensate with vouchers for put put golf...refused at front desk said no longer doing that. Blamed 3rd party over and over and told me to call them instead of helping. Credit card machine not working and I showed them where I couldn't sign or push buttons. Got to room and told come back cause card did not process. Needless to say we won't be back."
