10/10 Excellent
"absolutely loved my stay at the Riu Hotel! The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were always kind, welcoming, and attentive. Everything from check-in to dining felt smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere made it a truly great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay."
"Very nice family oriented resort Super clean list of dining options the cleaning service was excellent ! Veronica our cleaning lady did an amazing job. We felt safe and really enjoyed all the activities the hotel had to offer. Definitely will be going back 💕"
"Our stay at Barceló was amazing, my family and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very attentive, the food was great. In all honesty this resort will be recommended to all my family and friends . 10/10 don’t forget to make reservations for all the restaurants they have for dinner. The buffet is open every day with no reservations needed. But they have certain restaurants that you need to reserve for your party. "
"I recently stayed at this beachfront hotel, and the view was simply unforgettable. Waking up each morning to the breathtaking ocean sights and the sound of the waves was just perfect. Even at night, the lights along the shore and the soothing ocean sounds made for a truly magical atmosphere.
The hotel is quite large, with 19 floors and only four elevators, so there were sometimes lines to get up or down. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pool water was always at a nice, comfortable temperature.
I really enjoyed how friendly the other guests were. Everyone greeted each other in the elevator and as they walked around, which added a really nice, welcoming vibe to the place.
That said, there were a couple of other things to keep in mind, one of the more overwhelming parts was that a lot of vendors would come up frequently trying to sell things—like massages, hair braiding, or jewelry—about every five minutes. It made the beach a bit less relaxing, so we ended up just going once.
Overall, though, the stunning views and friendly atmosphere really made the stay special. I'd recommend it for the incredible scenery and the overall experience."
