"Loved our stay but the restaurants seem to close a bit early. Other than that most of the staff was friendly minus a few at the coffee shop. "

"Nice resort with good facilities and decent beach. I would definitely comeback. Only thing are the restaurants that do not accept walk ins even when they are 30% full. It did not make sense to us and we tried many of them."

Overall value was decent, but would likely stay elsewhere if i ever went to mexico again (prices in mexico have significantly increased)"

"Pretty nice hotel, the gentleman at the reception very cold and dry, seemed he was annoyed when we arrived for check in; but Very friendly whit the next guests. Either a very classist Mexican guy(I’m Mexican and know my culture) or just don’t like Mexican - Americans. "

"The staff was Great, the all inclusive option was wonderful. All the food was good the fresh fruits were all delicious! Didn’t know what to expect, it was our first time here. We were not disappointed."

"It was an amazing stay! The staff is always so welcoming and incredibly nice! However, the hotel needs some much needed remodeling in the rooms. The showers water pressure is really slow and needs new heads. The AC panel needs to be changed. Our mini bar would sporadically be filled but not always. Everything else was absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to friends and family. "
