“We arrived unannounced but they were ready to please. Staff is VERY attentive and cordial. The property and location are pristine and every detail has been thought of, from the architecture down to the design and details in the rooms. A bit remote, but if you bring or rent a car then its the perfect spot to stay for a few really relaxing days. Will repeat.”

“La habitación, la ropa de cama, el baño, el servicio todo en general merece las 5 estrellas. Quiero destacar la ubicación a 2 cuadras del centro cultural Santo Domingo y de todos los restaurantes y galerías a su alrededor. Como nota al margen, la habitación elite es la única que no tiene cocineta, las descripción es correcta pero las fotografías no (de cualquier manera la habitaciónes muy linda). Tomar en cuenta si la cocineta es esencial para su estancia, en ese caso elijan cualquier otra.”

“Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. It is a great place for a family, laid back atmosphere and fairly quiet. The pool was warm...

“Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . ”

“El lugar es muy bueno, las instalaciones son adecuadas por el precio. Las atenciones de Blanca( Blanquita) y su esposo fueron excelentes. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Volveremos solo por el excelente trabajo que hace Blanca. Habíamos reservado una habitación en la planta baja que fue donde pasamos la primer noche, pero nos cambiaron a otra habitación que estaba remodelada ya que iban a iniciar la renovación en nuestra habitación original. Lo único que no nos gustó fue un pequeño...

“El lugar esta increible, el colchon de la cama un poco incomodo ya que estaba undido del centro, por otro lado tuve un problema con la picada de un alacran dentro de la cabaña y no tenian botiquin de primeros auxilios ni protocolo para esas situaciones”

“La alberca está muy desperdiciada porque está helada, deben tenerla climatizada y limpia para los usuarios, es una galería de arte hiper super saturada, menos es más. Gracias ”

“Everything was great, really enjoyed our visit. There were only a couple things I noticed. To get to the bathrooms you had to use the stairs and the stairs were slippery so hold on to the handrail and take your time. Another concern that doesn’t affect me, is people with mobility issues that have to use a ramp have to go a bit further than they should, it’s not set up the best for someone who has mobility issues. I would definitely recommend going.”
