“Nice place”

“The property has an awesome view but there are not any balconies or spots outside to enjoy the view. There are benches that you could have a little privacy and enjoy the view but they are dirty full of spiders and not a place you feel comfortable. They don’t utilize the outdoor space which is the best part about this hotel.”

“The ground floor room was clean except for an awful pet (dog) smell. I was told it was not a pet room but the smell of dog urine was overwhelming. They could not accommodate moving us to another room. They had housekeeping spray the room which helped somewhat but soon wore off. They did not make up our room after the 2nd night, so we had to get towels from reception. The reception staff were polite and tried to help. The hotel manager was useless in this situation and was more interested in...
