"The one drawback to our stay was the cleanliness of the room. I noted other people’s hair, eyelashes, and sand-like particles throughout the top of the fitted sheet. This instantly made me significantly concerned as to what I had potentially exposed my son and I to. Additionally, there was strands of long black hair in our bath tub that just added to my concern in regard to the cleanliness of our room and although the amenities were great and the staff was wonderful and the location was close enough to walk, these components of uncleanliness placed a real damper in my opinion of the hotel and unfortunately, I don’t know if I could in good faith ever book another stay at this hotel."

"The building is located in a very safe and convenient location near many of the places we visited in Burbank. Although there was an altercation that happened with a room next door, it didn't impact our stay."

"The only thing I don’t really like is parking fee. That’s 75$ a night ( not valid ). Everything is more than ok except the parking fee. I know it’s expensive there in San Francisco but 75$ for 1 day parking is still too expensive"

"Great 8 day stay The restaurant had great food and drinks right on premise. Fridge went bad and they were 20 minutes switching out. Thankful it made an awesome stay. Staff was exceptional. Stress free stay Thank You IHG"
