"This hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the center of the Belltown area, next to bus lines, bike streets, and many restaurants and bars.
The room had everything I could hope for: Suite style rooms with fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink. The air conditioning was nice, and the room was spacious. And they had great coffee in the mornings, plus their free-for-guest bicycle service was a great help.
However, that's not the nicest part of the hotel; the nicest part of the hotel was the helpfulness of the staff. These people were the outright nicest, most accommodating, and willing to help me out in the middle of an Administrative nightmare, that required assistance with some vital paperwork. This team was more than happy to help me out of that jam, rapidly and without question--that action showed such grace and care for guests, that if and when I return to Seattle, The Belltown Inn is going to be my first choice, hands down."
