"We had a very pleasant stay in the property. Everyone was so helpful and nice! Even from the start they were very accomodating, esp with my request for a connecting room for me and my family.
Special shoutout to the frontdesk staff who helped us with an early check-in. Then to the night frontdesk staff who helped when our keycards won’t work in the parking area. Thank you as well to those at guest services who received my gifts while I wasn’t in the hotel.
I didn’t manage to get all of their names except for one, Mayra J. from housekeeping, who went out of her way to get me a vase for my flowers 💕
Room is very clean. Spacious enough. Bathroom is tidy too which is one of the first things I always check in a hotel. Maybe just one thing to note is the AC in the room, which seemed to be a bit defective at that time. But other than that, no problems encountered at all.
We’re all so glad we stayed there. And we’ll def be back. Thank you again to everyone at Hilton Anaheim :)"
