"Cute cabins with comfy queen bed, functional kitchen, and deep jetted tub which was amazing. Also has a grill outside and a communal fire pit. On the map it looked like there would be access to the creek or a nature trail but its private so you cant get to it."
"The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast do it yourself which makes sense in Mount Rainier because everybody starts at different times. Who’s this was so gracious and made it really feel like a home. We took advantage of the fire pit and the hot tub and really love those amenities. Also the wraparound porch was absolutely delightful and relaxing. I will definitely be back if I’m in the area again"
"Amazing location if you are skiing at Crystal Mountain. You get a nice parking spot as a hotel guest and you can just walk to the ski lifts from there. The room is simple but cozy with retro vibes and the staff are friendly. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant at Alpine Inn. The hotel has three separate buildings. Regardless of which building your room is located, you can walk to the resort. We will stay there again when we go to Crystal Mountain for skiing. "
"The place was a good place to stay. However, there is NO TV or Internet aka WiFi in the room. There is NO Rerigerator or Microwave in the room.
NO BATHROOM inside your room, aka you have to use a common bathroom for commode usage.
NO PRIVATE SHOWER inside your room aka you have to use a common shower room.
It makes it very hard to communicate with the outside world without WiFi
It is a good place to connect with nature but without WiFi it makes it hard to plan your next set of steps be it food or next place to stay etc.,
It is hard to find info about the Paradise Inn and about Mt. Rainer as well.
Food was decently good and staff was awesome.
Not VERY VEGETARIAN or VEGAN friendly. Limited options for Vegetarian and Vegan folks. Please be aware and bring food yourself to be safe."
"Outstanding Experience at Paradise Village Hotel – Thanks to Alex at the Spa
Our stay at Paradise Village Hotel in Ashford, Washington was truly memorable, and a huge reason for that was Alex, who works at the spa. From start to finish, Alex delivered an exceptional level of service that genuinely exceeded our expectations.
We booked the Cannibal Hot Tub service for our family and were absolutely impressed by how professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming Alex was. He took the time to explain the entire spa experience in detail and offered several options and approaches to ensure the service was tailored perfectly to our needs. Every step of the process was well‑guided, thoughtful, and handled with great care.
What stood out the most was Alex’s deep knowledge—not only about spa procedures, but also about the hotel itself. He enthusiastically shared information about the property, amenities, and things to enjoy during our stay, which made us feel even more connected and comfortable at the resort. His recommendations were genuinely helpful and clearly came from a place of pride in his work and the hotel.
Alex was incredibly polite, patient, and attentive, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for our entire family. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such warm, personal service, and it made a lasting impression on us.
Because of Alex, we left feeling refreshed, valued, and eager to return. We will absolutely come back to Paradise Village Hotel"
"We stayed at their Salal Cabin which is brand new & sits back in the woods. It is so adorable & comfortable. It has a fantastic heater system that keeps you the ideal temperature. The furnishings are so lovely. The reception staff was so kind & even provided us breakfast for the next day since there are no food establishments close by. The property is so beautiful with a pond & seating area to relax & enjoy the ducks & fish jumping. We will absolutely be returning. It is so close to Mt. Rainier entrance; we got into the park in minutes."
