It was very clean and comfortable and the personnel was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to my friends who want to visit the Mt Rainier.

Sink is separate from bathroom. This is helpful when sharing a bathroom. Very nice sleeping arrangements. Liked the popcorn and coffee/tea available around the clock.

Friendly, accommodating staff, lobby coffee and outdoor security cameras. The rooms were clean and just perfect for our little adventure. Location is just a short drive from downtown.

Stayed here with two other families for the winter carnival at White pass. The property was clean, beds were comfy. They have free coffee, hot Cocoa, and apple cider down in the lobby along with popcorn. The hotel has laminate flooring so it’s very loud, you can hear everything but the manager and front desk staff are very understanding. We were asked to keep it down, understandably, we did and had no issues. It’s not fancy, but it was perfect for what we needed.

Great rates, clean property with all the standard amenities, friendly staff, and only a very short trip to town for dining. We stayed here as a family of four, for a snowboarding trip to White Pass. We'd definitely come again.

The front desk customer service was amazing, very friendly/polite, the lodge was very clean, and all in all very peaceful. Thank you for a great stay!!

Been driving by this place for 3 years on our way to skiing but never used this hotel. Super clean. Staff said it was updated and its nice. Nothing fancy but updated, clean, quiet, and very nice and friendly staff. Will be back.

I had a wonderful experience at Crest Trail Lodge. The lodge was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The peaceful atmosphere made for a quiet and relaxing stay. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the free popcorn, which added a delightful touch to my visit.

Great location. The description says this is a "no-frills" hotel, but that probably undersells it. It doesn't have swimming pools or serve food, but the room we had was a good size, clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night and would definitely come back.

the power was temperarily out due to unforseen circumstances out of our control and effected the whole are and surrounding area. We are also on a well which is impacted by power outages. Our power came back on shortly and with it the water.

Peaceful getaway
Our stay was just great. This is a great getaway. You can drive up and down the different sceneries and return to a quiet restful Crest Trail.
Very close to the parks.
Serene and decent hotel. Will be returning.
Breathtaking views nearby.

Caution! Website says breakfast is provided. It is NOT. Was told “we haven’t had breakfast in a long time.” False advertising which was disappointing as this was one of the reasons we chose to stay here.

I am sorry, our website states that as of October of 2022 we no longer serve breakfast. Expedia does not say that we serve breakfast.

Super Unterkunft, sauber und angenehme Atmosphäre. Packwood nette Kleinstadt mit toller Microbrauerei und sehr nettem Biergarten. Gut gelegen für Mt Rainer Nationalpark, um am 1. Tag Paradise und am 2. Tag Sunrise zu machen.

The lodge is tired and old. It was hard for the hotel staff to keep up with the 3-4 weddings going on in terms of getting into rooms. Staff was very accommodating but it was almost impossible. Check in time was 4 and they worked very hard to get us into our room in time for us to get ready for our 4 pm wedding. Beautiful venue for a wedding however!!

very nice lodge, clean and the beds were comfortable - not too soft and not too firm. the a/c low and high settings seemed to make no difference. the tv was awkward.
