The views from our room was breathtaking. The staff was beyond amazing! They were very nice, helpful and friendly - unmatched. The spa was so relaxing. The massages were relaxing but it was cold inside. So for me, that was a bit uncomfortable. However, they fixed that immediately. Restaurant and lobby staff are very friendly, responsive and eager to be helpful. Excellent massage staff. In face we went twice on our two night visit. I requestd special massage technique for my shoulder and masseuse adapted to resolve my issue. Meals were excellent and fairly priced, however cocktails were over priced. "Amazing new resort, very helpful and friendly staff, fantastic food, breakfast is great, I had an excellent steak for dinner. I highly recommend this resort.
One minor issue is that there is no bathroom upstairs where the bedroom is in their villas, you have to go downstairs for bathroom needs."

"Perfect launching point for our trip to the Gili islands. Lovely view across the Bay and very convenient for the fast boat terminal. Staff were helpful and facilities were basic but clean. Wood fired pizzas were excellent and the menu had a broad selection of local and international food. The pool bar was a bonus."
