Excellent location, good rooms, clean, very convenient ! Train station is literally 10 steps aways - Venice is 20mins by train! Highly recommend instead of staying at a hotel in Venice! Padova is beautiful as well
My room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It feels more like an apartment, although there is no kitchenette. There is a mini-fridge, but no kettle.
The location could get a bit noisy, being so close to the train/bus stations.
Overall it's a pretty good stay. I would consider this place again if I'm in this area again.
1. Wear and tear. The property must be used frequently. Fixes to floor ne’er bathroom and overhead lights could be done.
2. Spotless: for a room that seemed clean upon entry. On closer inspection later was not as clean as hoped. (Toilet)
3. Excellent location close to station. But… Area close to station is also high crime, with lots of loitering.
4. Amenities: Extra pillows and blanket provided without asking. A room safe also provided, too.
5. Darkness/privacy since so close to station great privacy shutters.

It was a very large and spacious property. Check-in was a tricky and we had to work it out for ourselves. Wi-Fi didn't work and the bathroom door got stuck so the bathroom was inaccessible for a time (and wasn't easy to get this fixed). The hob didn't work which was annoying (but the flat wasn't advertised as having a hob). There was a fridge which was appreciated. Overall I'd say good value for money - outstanding location if you're using Padova as a train base for the Veneto.
The location is very good, close to the main train and bus station. The room is surprisingly quiet. There are many people loitering around the area. They look scary but they don't harass you, they are simply having a good time so don't bother them.
The room is very clean. There was no cleaning and no trash collection for my 5-night stay, no problem if you don't want people to enter the room. I simply took some towels from the box in the corridor when necessary.
No elevator, you must take the stairs.
Good air conditioning in the room.
This property is in the back alley of the hotel that they use for advertising photos. Google maps could not find it when we arrived off the train at 10:30 pm. We were wandering around and around, trying to find it, on streets with questionable people all around. Finally found someone we hoped to be safe, to ask where it was. They directed us to go into this main hotel and get the key to the back alley door. The flights of stairs were dirty and steep. The room itself was clean, but dark and the bed was like a rock with thin hard pillows. Definitely not luxury. The bathroom had the tiniest shower we had ever seen, you had to go in sideways to get into it. We were very thankful that this stay was only for one night. On the upside, once we found it, it was close to the train station and there was a very good cafe across the street to grab breakfast.
The five stars are deserved for the quality and price ratio. For a business trip, a few nights I would say perfect. If you want more, just go to the hotel that manages the adjacent structure. And among other things everything is adapted to a superior level.
Good, if you know what to expect and don't mind that run down part of Padova. Convenient to trains and buses. Check-in process was confusing, it had changed since my last visit in 2024. Resolved quickly via phone call at check-in time, but previous emails asking for clarification went unanswered.
Really bad service. No luggage storage unless you pay per bag.
Since the centre of town isn’t close one should be allowed to store the luggage after check out.
Reasonably nice room. Could not see any fire routes documents anywhere. AC was working. Fridge was barely below room temp, even at max. Good for sleeping near the train station for a couple of nights, but if you are not familiar with Padova not the thing for tou.
The Apartments are close to the train station Padova, just a 2 minutes walk away. You need to pick up the keys at the reception of the Grand Italia Hotel. On the corner you can find a McDonalds (also a McCafe) and opposite a good SPAR supermarket. The room itself was clean and nice, the view was not so great, but hey... We got enough towels and there was also shower gel and shampoo. All in all we were satisfied (8 of 10).
What we didn't like so much: maybe the street is a bit spooky (especially at night) and there are already many stains on the walls because of killed mosquitoes.
But it was a good stay and Padova is definitely an interesting city.
Padova Luxury rooms is conveniently located beside the train station and a short train ride away from Venice and Verona, and other small cities to visit. Padova is also a must visit for a day. The hotel is a 10-15 min walk to the center.
The room was clean and new. It was fairly quiet at night. Check in and out was done at the hotel nearby, which is open 24/7. The staff there was great!
A few things I learned:
1. This is not a hotel room, so no one will come in and clean up the rooms everyday.
2. There was no air conditioning unit inside the room.
3. The hair dryer was interesting, it definitely did its job, but don't expect a nice blow out for your hair.
Overall, it was a good stay at a nice clean room!

The room was clean and ok, but the safety box was broken and I had to carry all my documents and money with me all day out of the room. The mirror light in bathroom didn’t work. The blanket and pillow was too thin and when I asked it took too long to answer. 40 stairs to get to the room.
