The pub is run by a lovely family, don’t think I’ve ever felt so welcomed. Room was clean and comfortable with every thing we needed, plenty of towels, great over bath shower, tea and coffee etc. We had a great meal standout dish was home made cow &ale pie and the wonderful home made proper puddings. Good choice at breakfast of cooked to order dishes. Great place to stay and we will stay again if we revisit area.

Gorgeous building, super helpful staff but room street view was noisy and too hot to close windows. Apart from the noise 10pm-midnight was lovely and would still recommend as long as you not early sleepers. Amazing breakfast ! Yum

The staff and management were superb, they were friendly, flexible and understanding and couldn’t do enough for us and nothing was ever too much trouble. I booked 3 rooms and they were all superb and represented great value for the location.

Comfortable, clean accommodation for a B & B. Breakfast ok but waited a long time on the 2nd day to be served. Staff were friendly and we would recommend for an overnight stay.

Room and bathroom had everything we needed for one night’s stay. Convenient with good parking. Big pub and restaurant and breakfast included in stay is always a plus. Got to watch the Euro 2024 semi-final in the pub with locals.

The Famers Arms St Merryn

We had a great 3 day stay at the Farmers Arms. The staff were very friendly and provided us with a fantastic breakfast everyday. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, there were tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished every day. St Merryn is a beautiful village with Harlyn and Constantine being some of the best beaches in the country in my opinion. We will definitely be heading back soon.

The staff could not do enough for us, they were friendly and very helpful. Our room was very nice and very clean plenty of towels, coffee etc options in the room (loads in fact!) . Two good sized car parks so no worries on that front. The building is a proper pub which is lovely when so many or closing down or being modernised. Overall if anyone is looking for a traditional friendly B&B in a pub I would totally recommend The Farmers Arms

The room was clean breakfast ok we felt we were a hindrance to the management felt it was a pub that had a few rooms to let and didn't realy want the trouble when we left just had to leave key in the door and go would not return

When we arrived there was a band playing was very loud for a small area. They sounded terrible due to the low ceiling. Was very loud in the room as above the bar. Internet for the tv was rubbish couldn't use Netflix as kept buffing. But the accommodation was lovely well presented coffee machine kettle and plenty of choice beverages. Shower over bath including shower gels. Plenty of towels. Friendly staff. After the music finished enjoyed our evening stay. Will highly recommend 👌

We have a problem, checking in didn’t seem to be any record of us which was a shame. The room was very comfortable little crowded Quite noisy at night time in your room as the rooms are above the pub. No Wi-Fi, which meant that you couldn’t watch television as you needed one for the TV
