The hotel was located beside Victoria station and underground so commuting around the city was easy. The room was very clean and quiet with a fabulous view across the city. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay at the Riu again.

Amazing stay, everyone and everything was exceptional. The hotel has a history of opulence and luxury, and it did not disappoint, and the staff are the real heartbeat of this iconic hotel. "Breakfast menu was limited, parking was fine, we were given a room for disabled person though we werent when i spoke to staff about it he claimed it was dual use .The gym area is quite small so feels very tight with few persons and the pool area has no jaccuzzi our stay was for leisure not going ..."
