"Very nice Hotel that’s beautiful inside and out. Bar is a focal point for sure with nice drinks and food."

"Check in was terrible. Front desk staff rude. Room was not ready at check in. Staff left me standing around waiting to be checked in but never said to come back after room was ready. I overheard another lady try to check in with someone else and she actually told that guest sorry and offered the bar or food as an option while waiting. The lady helping me was typing like she was checking me in but after standing there for 10 minutes and me asking her if she was almost done with my information she got rude and said i can’t check you in until room is ready. She could have said that from the beginning. Very poor service "

"The staff was very welcoming. A big plus was the ability to walk 5 minutes from the airport to the hotel. The property can definitely use an upgrade though. Its very out dated. The water slide is seasonal. So you may need to call there before booking if you want to use the waterslide. The powdered eggs for breakfast was not good at all. "

"Bad experience. At check in front desk clerk was acting extremely rude. Room had a dirty feeling to it. Definitely not what we expected for the higher price they charge compared to other hotels around it that we have stayed at before. We left the next day without the breakfast so cant comment on that. Will not be returning we have had much better experiences at less priced stays near the Sundland Park race track area. They need immediate improvements for what they are charging."

"The front desk people were a little hard for us to understand. I’m not throwing off on them because of their nationality, but their English was difficult to understand for us. They were nice and accommodating though."
