"The lady who checked us in initially was nice. But after we checked in and went to the rooms we discovered that the rooms were moldy in and around the windows, and even the box springs for the beds, the mattresses were stained. The bedding had cigarette burns throughout, the bathroom was filthy, and there were burnt wall sockets. We decided we couldn’t stay because of the health hazards so we tried to talk to Staff, but no one was available at the front desk for over an hour. We walked around all the public spaces and couldn’t find anyone. We decided to leave and book a different hotel."

"Yes the breakfast menu was fresh with a wide variety of choices. Nice wide parking spots and nice entrance. Very quite at night"

"We were surprised that the exterior doors were not locked and open to any non guests also that there was not a sliding lock on the interior side of the room door, so even though we did see cameras everywhere, we did not feel as safe as other motel/hotels we stay in."

"A perfect place to stay. Very reasonable price, very clean property and pleasant check in. My three major criteria for room evaluation are 1) quality of bed and pillows 2) excellent TV with a good variety of channels and 3) a great shower in the morning - enough hot water, enough pressure and perfect temperature. Score! Score! and Score! Bonus: parking is right outside your door. This property doesn't offer amenities that other properties do and you save money accordingly. My next time in Marshall, I will be staying there again."
