"Room was clean. Key cards are worn and were unreliable. Sometimes they worked, other times not. Arriving on the third floor, odor of marijuana in the common halls. Jacuzzi broken. "

"Immaculate room. Great bed, pillows, air conditioning and shower. Everything fundamental for a great stay. Receptionists were very pleasant and made for a great start especially after a long car ride. The indoor pool looked awesome but was too tired to use it. It was also great having laundry facilities at the hotel. Breakfast was typical continental. A bit too much carpet fresh in the hallways. It was somewhat overwhelming. Otherwise highly recommend and would definitely return. "

"This was absolutely a terrible experience. Checked into my room, and immediately saw multiple stains on the bedding. As I look further around the room, there were long dark hairs in the shower. I spoke to the front desk clerk who refused to give me a refund. I told him I was leaving, at that point he followed me to my room with his manager on the phone. I spoke to the manager who assured me I would receive a refund. This happened 3/14/2026, as of this writing 3/28/2026, I have yet to receive my refund. Be aware and stay away from this property."

"The Atrium portion with swimming pool, trees, hot tub… is really nice. The room was clean but it has been a long time since things were updated and maintenance and updates are due in some areas. We enjoyed our stay, but it is not a a 5 star hotel. If you are coming from a stay at Big Bend or the desert, the Oasis pool area does feel like an oasis. "

"I saw several dead bugs in the room. The chair by the bed was fabric, and it was filthy/stained. The bathtub was rusted. The room was by the stairs, and all I could hear all early morning (trying to sleep) was people running up and down the stairs. The breakfast was a joke, and most things were out. When I asked for milk (the jug was on the counter empty), she just said that's all we had. Terrible"

"The floor was so sticky we had to lay all our towles down to walk on. We could not even take a shower it was not clean at all. If i had another option i would have not stayed. I would have been better to sleep in my truck. The ac never even cooled the room down"

"The room is clean, and bed sheets are clean too. TV need connect to WiFi for some people may be difficult to figure out. Hope they have cable available and wi fi is more stable."
