“호텔에 도착했을때 주변 공사때문에 조금 불편했습니다 그러나 호텔안은 매우 청결했으며, 직원들도 정성껏 맞아주어서 기분이 아주 좋아졌습니다 직원들은 영어로 의사소통하는데 전혀 문제가 없었으며, 우리의 필요를 체워주기 위해 노력하는 모습이 보였습니다 방은 청결했으며, 새 호텔이었습니다 모든것이 깨끗하고, 침대상태도 아주 좋았습니다 주변공사와 비 때문에, 유리창문이 더러워져 있어서 이야기 한후 외출에서 돌아와 보니, 깨끗하게 청소를 해 두었습니다 아침 조식을 매우 신경 썻으며, 우리가족을 위한 식탁을 이층 룸 밖의 홀에 아침식탁을 마련 했습니다 아침조식은 훌륭했으며, 아주 만족 스러웠습니다 아들이 감기로 열이나서, 약국을 물어보았더니, 준비돈 상비약을 무료로 주었으며, 약국이 멀다고, 직접 약을 사다주기도 했습니다 공항의 비행스케줄 때문에 늦은 체크아웃을 신청했는데, 무료로 흔쾌히 허락했습니다 아들 때문에 점심을 배달 주문 했는데, 대신 주문을 해주어서, 호텔에서 룸서비스 같은 점심을...

“This is a huge hotel. Given that we travelled during off peak season, we practically had the e tire hotel to ourselves. The staff made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was served daily - this is no buffet service. They had breakfast for us and it was a personalized service. The Front Desk Manager was super helpful in directing and guiding us during our stay. Excellent service and good location of property. About 4 minutes drive to main attraction Inchi Kala 👍”
