"Good rooms, really clean, comfortable beds. Great place to stay if you have a car, as parking was free, but not much around if you don't have a car. Restaurant was under refurbishment, so only complaint would be limited options for food. Amazing gym facilities on top floor - with great views while you work out. "

I could have walked the fifteen minutes to the train or taken the bus to the station (bus + sky train = €6) but I opted for convenience and took a taxi as the front desk indicated it was a €10-15 ride but the driver charged me €18. The hotel is very close to the airport the
rooms are very clean and upscale, staff
are very friendly. My suitcase was lost and
transferred to me the next day so the staff
had toothbrush and shaving equipment for
me.
The rooms where cleaned every. day I got
a complimentary bottle of water and some
sweets. Breakfast is very up class and worth
the extra money.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not
5 are too small issues. The first one is
none of the staff speak English so you can
communicate only by a translation app,
and also my suitcase has arrived in the
afternoon but I wasn't informed by the front
desk even though I asked them to inform me
when it arrives so I only found out about it
the next day after I called the airline. Except
for those two issues great hotel next time
I'm going to the dusseldorf I'll be sure to
