The staff was kind and attentive. The food at the restaurant was fantastic, the bar was classy and cozy both. I recommend booking a city view room. Great location.

Hotel Excellent but was billed twice for our room this was aknowledged by the hotel and after taking our details was told I would be remembursed this was as we checked out. To date I,ve heard nothing further

the room was top class - the staff where very polite & helpful as i arrived early i was able to put my bags in a room for safe keeping . On my next visit to dusseldorf i will certain be choosing this hotel if rooms are available
