The property and staff were both excellent.

Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Clean and comfortable. Bad was comfortable. The shower and bathroom were in perfect shape and the host was very generous and I enjoyedconversations with him each morning. Excellent and would stay again!

We had a very nice three nights stay at this property. Breakfast was delicious with many options that were varied each day. Very, very reasonably priced! Highly recommended!

My wife and I loved our stay here. We booked it for our last day in Sicily because it was near the airport. But when we arrived, we realized how extraordinary this hotel is. It’s absolutely beautiful—with service to match. The pool is incredible. And the staff treated us like royalty. We particularly enjoyed Luigi, our server, and our meals were excellent! Salvatore, the hotel manager, also went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend staying here.

I had a good stay at the hotel. Very comfortable room, right on the water, and nice staff. Not a great location if you don’t have your own transportation.

Villaggio Petruso it is a great place for a relaxing time, Family vacation and group of friends! The Villaggio it is locate up the hill of the small town of Balestrate and the view from here it is stunning! We enjoyed the stay very much and loved be in the pool are. Great rooms/ apartment with all the comfort, new ,clean and spacious. We stayed in the 2 Bedroom apartment that also had a small kitchenette well-equipped with all necessary utensils. The outdoor patio in our apartment was great for...

Great spot. 2 blocks from main street with great restaurants. Close to airport. Definitely get the 2 bd flat with balcony! Staff usually leaves early. Got early check-in. Some limited street parking. Highly recommend getting international license and renting car even with parking being hard to find. Taxis are outrageously priced. If we come again to Sicily, we will stay here again. The taxi prices and inconvenient transportation and high petrol prices make us not want to return to Sicily.

The suite is very open, nice and comfortable. There is no microwave, but there’s a tiny mini-fridge. My front and back terraces have a great view of the mountain and an ancient structure. Keep in mind that there are stairs and no lift. Many places in Sicily and Europe are refurbished out of ancient or at least old stone buildings. Lifts would be impossible in some. It’s beautiful if you can navigate it.

The Bed and Breakfast was easy to find and get in to. Host was very responsive. The room was very nice and clean. Arrangement for ride to the airport was easy.

Minimalist hotel excellent for flying out of Palermo airport. 5 minute walk to public beach. Quiet and safe area. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic!

Location is great, also the beach is perfect, I would say the issue is the price and parking

Fabulous! My experience was excellent. I highly recommended this hotel.

Very clean, great temperature control, frequent housekeeping, my room had a small balcony. The owner Stefano and the manager Morena very very helpful. My booking was very last minute and Morena arrived quickly to let me in.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our suite has a beautiful view!
