서비스: 알렉산드로 사장님이 정말 친절하시고, 주변 식당과 카페등 알려 주셨고, 조식은 이탈리안식으로 든든하고 맛있게 잘 먹었어요.숙소는 매우 깨끗하고 실용적이며 체크아웃 후 짐보관과 화장실도 사용할수있도록 배려해주셨어요.
리프트가 없는게 단점이지만, 이또한 알렉산드로께서 들어주셔서 어려움 없었습니다. ”
“Very unique experience staying here! The room was bigger than expected with a personal bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating, helped us carry luggage on and off and prepared a very nice breakfast every morning. The front of the boat had a beautiful area to sit and lounge outside. Parking free at the dock, and staff always assisted with opening/closing the dock gait for us. Would definitely recommend for travelers!”

“We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, the room was exceptional, clean and very comfortable. The area is in the heart of most the historical sites, challenging walk from parking lot to hotel with luggage but that is to be expected. The staff was helpful and even provided a print out of recommended restaurants that we used and loved all the suggestions. Would stay again!

1. 아침이 정말 맛있어요(토스트, 과일, 잼, 시리얼, 요거트 등이 제공돼요)
2. 위치가 좋아요(팔레르모 중앙역, 시내 모두 10분 도보 거리고, 바다랑 식물원도 15분 도보 거리에요. 앞에 대형마트가 있어 필요한것 사기도 좋아요)
3. 친절한 호스트(즉각 응답해주시고-whattsapp 추천, 빨래를 5유로에 해주셨어요, 이른 시간 도착한 저희를 위해 얼리체크인도 해주심)
4. 화장실이 넓고 깨끗했으며(비록 공용이지만), 침대도 푹신했고, 에어컨이랑 티비도 잘 나와요
5. 호스트가 함께 머무는 곳이라, 청결하게 관리되어있어요.
유일한 단점은 시내여서 밤에 시끄러울수 있다는 점입니다.
