“The place has beautiful gardens. We rented two rooms and stayed for one night — and how lucky we were that it was only for one night! The rooms were dark and poorly ventilated, with a musty smell. In Room 16, where my husband and I stayed, the shower didn’t drain properly, so water immediately started pooling when we turned on the shower. Because of that, only my husband was able to shower that night. The beautiful swimming pool in the photos was so dirty with all kinds of bugs and leaves that...

“Mooi locatie.”

“Peace and luxury. Everything you need there. Amazing breakfast and dinner if you so choose. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful family-run hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality by Martina, which made us feel right at home. The food was outstanding—every meal was fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with great care. It was one of the highlights of our stay, and we looked forward to every breakfast and dinner. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive,...

“It was clean, quiet, full of unique objet hotel. View from middle of the mountain etna was wonderful as well. Also Dinner was execellent. ”

“Honestly, it was very underwhelming. The location was lovely. The views are amazing. We arrived and checked into our room, which was just okay. No kettle in the room and the shower was just an attachment over the bath with no screen or even curtain. They did have a mini fridge in the room. One of the sockets didnt work but oh well. The window opened to a great view unfortunately pigeons had caused a mess all over the windowsill which hadnt been cleaned as it was the same the next day. It...
