"Loved this hotel. Lots of character and old world charm. Large rooms and big bathrooms. Great location. Able to walk everywhere from this location. Also, had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. Breakfast buffet was very substantial. A great choice for a stay in Palermo!"

"The hotel was pleasant enough. Charming old building, decent room, very nice courtyard for breakfast and dinner. One complaint, we booked a taxi from the airport to the hotel through the hotel. When our flight was delayed and we missed our connection we messaged the hotel well in advance to let them know we would be arriving later in the day. Several hours later we received a message saying we would be charged for 75 euro and they would charge another 75 euro to meet us later that day. It then took multiple calls to eliminate the charge and arrange the revised pickup. The only explanation I can come up with is that they don't check the messages and so can't update the driver. But the fact that they attempted to charge us shows either contempt for their customers or complete ignorance. I would suggest just grabbing a cab at the airport when you arrive. All in all it was okay but would't stay there again."
