“Poor breakfast Small, barely useable bathroom Water is in the mini- bar This is barely a 3 star hotel The staff when they were around( not fully manned) were nice”

Grazie !”

“great breakfast service and food. Excellent location to nearby attractions.”

“Great small hotel down a side street close to the Palermo sights but also quiet at night. Comfortable beds, clean room, modern vibes. Would stay here again for sure.”

“Très bien situé près des centres historiques”

“Very nice & clean cozy place. They are so kind ”

“The room was great, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was cold! But, staff was very rude. After delayed flight and lost luggage, we arrived at almost midnight to the property. Hard to find with very little instructions and dark stairway. Elevator got to first floor then fell to bottom!!! Many rude messages about us arriving late. Would only take euro for tax, did not accept credit card. Just all around poor communication.”
