Very nice and accommodating staff. The location is smack in the middle of the old centre. Beware that getting a vehicle to the hotel is like getting to your seat at a rock concert with a pickup truck; that is to say, doable.

Fabulous location in centre of Palermo within easy walking distance of the major sights & numerous cafe’s restaurants & shops. . The staff were very friendly & helpful.
