Dear Denise, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The elevator is now working. I am sorry regarding the power for the morning of 22nd of march but it was not a problem concerning the hotel, but the entire area of the historical center of the city. Finally regarding the accident with our housekeeper I will make sure to remind all of them to knock the door before entering in the rooms, even though this is what they are supposed to do all the times. We hope to see you again for a future stay in Palermo.

Si in effetti durante la sua permanenza c'erano i tecnici che lavoravano sull'ascensore, ad ogni modo questa era un'informazione che con trasparenza le abbiamo segnalato in fase di prenotazione. Speriamo di rivederla presto con il nuovo ascensore già funzionante.

Gentile Sig Paolo,Ci dispiace apprendere solo adesso il suo feed-back negativo . Ci teniamo a sottolineare che abbiamo tempestivamente provveduto ad informarla dei lavori in corso riguardanti la sostituzione dell'ascensore. In particolare Le abbiamo inviato una comunicazione dettagliata in data 01 marzo alle ore 00:39 (data in cui Lei ha prenotato). Se ci avesse comunicato al momento del check-in le sue difficoltà avremmo provato ad offrirle una sistemazione diversa. I lavori in corso per la sostituzione dell'ascensore stanno volgendo a termine, speriamo di poterla ospitare nuovamente per poter godere appieno dei nostri servizi.

Gentile Matteo, Ci spiace leggere questa sua recensione, in realtà lei è stato avvisato via mail per tempo di tutte queste informazioni per cui non c'era nulla di nuovo al suo check in. Inoltre, alla sua domanda via mail di aggiungere la colazione a pagamento, io stessa le ho scritto che non sarebbe stato possibile in quanto era sospesa per quel periodo. Lei ha infatti pagato per il solo pernottamento. Agiamo con i nostri ospiti con la massima trasparenza. Inoltre c'è una linea telefonica attiva 24h quindi anche se non fisicamente presente, per emergenze siamo pronti ad intervenire. Ci auguriamo di farla ricredere in un suo futuro soggiorno a Palermo.

Gentile Sabato, la ringrazio per averci lasciato il suo feedback riguardo il suo soggiorno presso l'hotel Ambasciatori, mi rincuora che abbia avuto un'esperienza piacevole.Sappiamo bene che le scale possono essere un problema per le persone di una certa età o con problemi di salute ed è per questo che stiamo lavorando per la sostituzione del nostro attuale ascensore con uno di nuova generazione che potrà raggiungere anche il nostro ristorante evitando così l'utilizzo delle scale.

Regarding the noise, all rooms are equipped with double windows to isolate as much as possible from the street noise. In fact, when you close all the windows, you can barely hear anything. Parfois, en fonction de différents facteurs, cela peut coûter encore plus cher. Alternativement, le train et le bus fonctionnent très bien.Nous espérons vous revoir dans le futur

Kære Frederikke, vi beklager, at dit ophold ikke var til din tilfredshed. Desværre kan termoruderne på værelserne nogle gange ikke rumme byens larm, fordi hotellet ligger i det historiske centrum.
