"This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was recommended by my hospital with a shuttle to and from and that’s why I chose it. I was happy with everything. The people at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer. They accommodated a room change for me when the people next-door were up all night being very loud. They gave me adjoining rooms with my cousin who is helping me with the surgery. I was so pleasantly surprised with the staff who were always friendly. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was friendly. The drivers of the van knew the roads and were efficient and friendly. I can’t say more. It was a delightful experience all the way around."

"I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years, and the condition of the hotel right now is by far the worst I have ever seen. Everything is dingy, dirty, old, and musty. They leave the front door open, probably because the air is so stale in there. The first room I was given the entire floor had a horrible smell when I got off the elevator. When I got to my room the air conditioner was making it really loud noise, the room smelled very mildewy and the bathroom had a foul odor. I went back down and had my room changed and they put me on the first floor with a window without curtains that clothes completely. So I had to use a hanger to keep the curtains closed. The floor had a sticky feel to it, and the carpet felt dirty under your feet. I had to wear socks or my shoes the entire time I was in there from the moment I stepped out of the shower. The walls were dirty, the volume button on the TV remote didn't work. Overall, the hotel was very disappointing and I should have stayed with my original hotel choice, but I tried to save money and I paid for it."

"The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a very good hot breakfast. The pool area was beautiful, with a heated pool that was sparkling clean, and flowers and statues all around. We saw so many birds and butterflys right from the pool. This was truly a great experience and we will absolutely return!"
