고속도로와 접근성이 좋은호텔
마이애미에서 올랜도로 가는 도중에 있으며 고속도로와의 접근성이 좋습니다. 아주 가까운 근처에 월마트가 있어서 여행도중 필요한 물품구입하기도 쉬웠습니다. 무엇보다도 직원들이 친절하였습니다. 아쉬운것은 창문이 열리지않아 환기가 싑지않았고 환풍기가 잘 작동되지 않았습니다. 물론 우리방만 그랬겠지요. 전체적으로 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다. 감사합니다.

I was disappointed by three things 1) because I booked through Expedia it appears I will not get Hilton Honors points very disappointing 2) It took over an hour ana half for the front desk to honor a request for a plunger 3) There was no iron in my room and when they sent one up it did not work they finally did get one that worked. I am disappointed in that for the amount of money paid I could not get linens and my room made up everyday, I ad to request fresh towels on the days they did not service the room NJust poor customer ervice

Night staff acted like I was asking for them to go to the pits of hell and back when I asked for extra pillows and a blanket. Day staff very nice and friendly and accommodating!

Clean room ( May have some pet urine in the room previously). Very friendly and accommodating staff, great location for our needs, Hot water in shower was limited. I recommend staying here.

With the exception of Niya, I have never met a more UNFRIENDLY staff. There were no smiles and no pleasantries. The room was nice but there was a used bar of soap left in the shower. The tile entry floors and the tile halls floors were very dirty. I expected more from a hotel that carries the Hilton name.

Good, but can be better
I liked the ubication of the hotel. Some of the employees were kind and went the extra mile in service. When the clean the room they did it with excellent, but in 9 days stay I had to ask for cleaning service to get only one- that wasn't ideal, especially when a sign said that the room service will be done every other day.

Will not go back to this hotel
The positive thing about the hotel is that it is newly renovated, and the facility is mostly clean. However, we arrived in the late afternoon after a very long drive and could not find the lady at the front desk, it took her almost 15 minutes to arrived and do our check-in. We booked 2 rooms, one room smelled very bad. They called the guy to clean the room and spray some good smell - but it didn't help. We had to buy air refresher. At check in we were told that they clean every 3 days, after 4 days I asked about cleaning and was told only after 4 days, and per request- so I requested and cleaning was amazing, but it was the only time they cleaned our room in the 9 nights we were there. Every day we had to ask for clean towels, and everyday the same story, they didn't have, and we had to explain why we need it, most of the days we got pool towels because they didn't have clean ones. Asking for towels was uncomfortable and it always felt like a huge issue for them, same for toilet paper, which we had to ask for - every time. Internet was extremely slow. All in all - I was very disappointed with the service. It was an expensive hotel, and the service was just bad!

This hotel was great. Me, my husband and two kids stayed here in one of their suites for 3 nights while visiting in law during the New Years Holiday. Easy check in and check out. We will be staying again in the near future.their

Great experience
Front desk ladies were so friendly and welcoming. They had been sold out the night before and we had just a short wait to see if room was ready. Breakfast was great. Room was wonderful.

Homewood of West Palm Beach
Homewood Suites is one of my favorite places to stay when i travel. This one is no exception! We arrive esrlier than ck inand they were still cleaning rooms..secsat in the downstairs area until.it was ready. It took about an hour but the staff made sure we had any accommodation we needed while we waited. The staff throught the Hotel was very friendly and helpful. This Homewood was suburb!

Did not like the customer service and room was very dirty, it had ants on the floor, walls, and door. Not enough body wash and towels, they told me they did not have enough. The kitchen floor was sticky on the day we checked in, even after we asked them to clean they did not clean it for 2 days but it was still not clean properly. The food was very bad and swimming pool was not clean properly. Dirty dishes were left in the dish washer. Overall, the service was very very bad and very very poor customer service. Food was not healthy enough and the quality of the food was very bad.

My medicated sunglasses disappeared from the dinner table while I was taking a shower. Check every corner of the room and my belongings and can't find it. The weird thing that i saw them before I took the shower. Nobody saw anything and the sunglasses are like $400.oo.
