Great location, but the room is extremely small and super basic for what you’re paying for - though maybe it’s a Palma thing. Difficult to get luggage up to your room, there’s no elevator to rooms so if you have a lot of bags be careful staying here. Breakfast is good.

Great location in Palma. If older person there are steps to rooms at top of hotel, no lift for you to take your cases but a beautiful stone staircase. Balcony was very large and a “view” of the courtyard which was nice but not a view of the city or sea which was a shame. Would stay again though!

Beautiful hotel in a good location. Felt it was a bit style over substance as bedroom was missing a lot of practicalities. Did not seem finished. Had no hot water on day of arrival. That was rectified for day 2. In my opinion a day too late. TV did only worked on and off. On-site restaurant was delicious and service was good. Staff were all very helpful.

The property was very unique and the rooms were nice. The bathroom could definitely use a shelf or hook for things. Great area. Very walkable with many shopping and restaurant options. Outdoor patio alongside restaurant would have been lovely to use but needs some maintenance.

The hotel’s architecture is gorgeous and so interesting. Loved everything about our stay. The staff, the bed, the room with a private solarium on the roof, the fact that every room has something special, the delicious breakfast, the eclectic neighborhood. The staff had recommendation regarding where to park which made it easy.

Second visit 2 years running. Loved the place last year when booked for my wife’s 50th birthday. Great spacious rooms. Lovely cannoli shop next door and famous Spanish restaurant El Camino next door. Just up from a wonderful square where you can wine dine and people watch. Fantastic value for money. Well done again.

The location of the hotel and the friendly and cheerful attitude of the staff made for a pleasant trip. It may be a Japanese custom, but I thought it would be much more relaxing if the room amenities included slippers.
