Great staff, so friendly and helpful 😃 we have just had a 3 night stay bed and breakfast. I would fully recommend the hotel and would stay here again. A perfect location as well, so close to the beach and many great bars and restaurants. Room 406 has an amazing balcony on top floor on the the corner!

I got exactly what I wanted and expected from the hotel. It is a classic hotel with great access to the beach, airport, and the aquarium. Highly recommend it, if your an English speaker all the staff I interacted with spoke very fluently some of the cleaning staff maybe were less fluent but had more then enough comprehension to communicate easily. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

We found a stain in the room near the bed that didn't look clean. We asked the housekeeper to wipe it, which she did afterwards. I would not recommend this hotel if you want to sleep in a clean room. Especially for the price we paid. The staff was helpful.

Best staff, so friendly, caring and incredibly accommodating- 100% would come back and recommend to others. Spacious room and overall beautiful place. Very clean, i’m not sure the air conditioning was working however the windows open wide and it worked out with the fresh air!

This isn’t a posh hotel, but it has everything you need. It’s clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are helpful, it’s close to the airport, and one block from Palma bay. We needed a taxi to the airport at 4:30 am, and it was there on the dot. The breakfasts are good. I recommend it.
