"Excellent property!! Booked here to stay with my 2 children and husband and the room was very spacious. We got a king bed& pullout couch with corner view. Everything was so clean, staff went above and beyond. We booked here to go to universal & there is a shuttle that runs every 15 min, but the park is also a short 10 min walk! I would highly recommend this place "

"Customer service and staff are outstanding! It was very clean and the food was good. Easy to get to Universal. They have a shuttle to transport you and comes around about every 15 min or you can walk it in 10 min. Would stay here again."

"Great staff, fair cost, my only criticism is the antiquated technology in the rooms - the tv, plugs, radio etc, very dated. Also, I would be nice if food and drinks were available more often at the pool, especially on hot days. Still, great value, caring staff and my go to in K Town when I’m visiting "

"This was my first time staying at a KASA property. They send you literal step by step instructions that are easy to follow, and they included pictures as well. I actually love not having to go to a front desk to check in and get a key. They give you a code to get into the room. When we entered the room we noticed that the ac control wouldn’t turn on and one of the batteries was corroded. I reached out to the KASA team and they reached out to maintenance on my behalf. They were very thorough in what would happen and how they would fix it. This team made my stay very easy. Checkout was just as easy as checking in. The only negative I have is the parking area. Downtown LA itself is kind of dirty and the parking garage they mentioned in the check in instructions seemed sketchy and smelled like urine. Not KASA’s fault at all, I would just look elsewhere to park."
