“All the staff & houskeeping were very friendly & accommodating, upgraded our cottage with out asking, taught me about the grounds, beautiful succulant plants, the Eagle that comes to their Eucalyptus trees & about the Monarch Butterflies they save their eggs inside until they hatch & have released over 4000. I actually got to see one coming out of its cocoon. Exciting! Very nice continental breakfast that they delivered to our cottage. The views of the ocean are the best & even if it was cool &...

“There’s not much in the village, not too many shops and mostly space for real estate instead of stores. Some shops are going out of business. I would prefer big bear instead.”

“This B&B is in a lovely old house, the kind of place I'm always looking for. The self check-in was a bit odd, since part of the charm of a B&B (to me anyway) is a warm greeting from the host. In the same way the breakfast service on our first morning, a Thursday, was kind of impersonal. There was no host in sight but several tables set for guests. We were rather at a loss for what to do until other guests said we should go ahead and sit down and our meal would be served. The food came out after...

“Charming property in a beautiful location with lovely grounds and a great Napa atmosphere. Unfortunately our room had a significant water-pressure issue throughout the stay. While staff offered access to another room for showering, we were disappointed that the only in-room solution offered was a paid upgrade or a down grade. At this price point we expected a more proactive resolution. It’s a shame because otherwise the property is delightful. And if they offer you room 17, say no.”

“Worst experience ever. Underground room!! As you can see the foreground photo of the hotel, it seems 3 story house. However, our room was located in the underground. You can see the walls or legs of pedestrians!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Inn at Sonoma. Our room was lovely and the perfect size. It had a mini-fridge, a fireplace and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also nicely appointed and their was good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was outstanding and we looked forward to it every morning. All the staff were super nice & very helpful. It is right in downtown so it was easy to walk to restaurants & shopping. We also enjoyed the hot tub several times. Oh, I almost forget...
