"The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was filling, and the location was convenient to walk to Disneyland! I'll definitely be back!"

"My family and I have been long-time guests of the Majestic, and we have continued choosing this hotel primarily because of the convenience of the location. However, after our most recent stay, I feel compelled to share several concerns regarding the overall guest experience. One major frustration has been transportation. It is disappointing that only one shuttle appears to be operating at a time, even during peak hours when guests are trying to get to and from the park. In addition, the hotel is clearly overdue for significant upgrades and maintenance. Over our last several stays, we have consistently noticed outdated bathrooms, visible wear and tear on furniture and fixtures, aging carpets, plumbing issues, worn window drapes, and an overall “old” smell in the rooms. During our most recent stay, we were also surprised by the new queue process for guests who complete pre-check-in before official check-in time. As long-time guests of the Majestic, this was never previously an issue, and for the first time in several years, we were unable to receive our room earlier than the standard check-in time. The process was inconvenient and not clearly communicated in advance."

"Great place to stay. Our first time staying downtown LA so it was louder than we expected. Great food, beautiful hotel. Close to Dodgers stadium. The only thing that I would like to see different is the valet parking actually bring your car to you. A very small inconvenience though."

"I thought I got double queen beds but they upgraded three full beds for family of 5 (2 adults & 3kids). They have mini fridge, microwave, tv and air conditioning. Everything I needed was satisfactory! Kids were happy to sleep comfortably in the bed."

"It honestly wasnt that bad but there was a roach in our room. They gave us a new room but I can't give them more then I did because of the roach."
