No one there to check us in, no power, no hot water. Neighborhood is really nice then you realize your staying at the abandoned house. Owner was supposedly in his garage could hear someone moving around but they did not interact with us. An actual nightmare. Do Not Book.

No running water. Shower is a standalone tub surround in the middle of a room that is walled off, has a 5-gallon bucket the owner must heat, and is pump powered with a hand handle. The rooms themselves are okay for a night. There are no working bathrooms inside the house, you must use a port a potty outside

Don’t go to that house it’s scary the neighborhood is money but I booked this place for 6 days and when I went there I walked in and then walked out and l had to book somewhere to stay and I can’t get a refund. I am upset.

No light at stairway, hall way, walking towards toilet, in toilet, and in room. No A/C or fan in room. Room was 96 degree at 6PM, stayed 90+ degree until 12AM. No water in bath room, bath has to be ordered(?), no person on site to help or anything, scarry and very hot place.

That was the worse possible place to stay. A young female Mexican tourist came on my last day asking about the place and through Google Translate I warned her it was equivalent to a Crack House. No water, no air conditioning, no security, no lights, no electricity. Mattresses looked like crime scenes. It was horrible.

There is no running water in this place. There are padlocks on the outside of the doors; no protection from the inside. The bathroom is a porta-potty in the yard, and the shower is a bucket of water in a shower stall where the front hall would be in this home. Nothing looks up to code. There is no "breakfast" included in this bed & breakfast. I didn't feel safe staying here at all. I left and had to find a room elsewhere. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, but this house looks like it's running some shady business out of it. I'm sure the neighbors aren't too thrilled to have this place on their street.

Room was dirty, bathrooms horrendous. Conspiracy images and signs on the fence outside. It does not look like how it does on Google streetview. There is no front desk that is staffed. You have to order showers by calling the owner. Locking your door involves using a padlock and a chain. It feels unsafe and discomforting.

Listen, I was under no illusions about signing up for a Spartan stay. But this was a little extreme. The building was unfinished, literally exposed to the elements here and there. The rooms were not initially designed to be rooms and had serious nooks and crannies you could see through from the outside. There was no way to lock your room if you didn't bring a lock of your own. I had to call a number to take a shower. Most of all, it stank and had loud music blaring to all hours of the night. I left before spending a single full night and so did at least three others, and the owner refunded less than a third of my money. This property is a scam.
